Payment Option

Neatoa processes checkout payments in United States Dollars (USD). Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location, device, and payment-provider eligibility.

PayPal

If PayPal is available at checkout, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete payment using the options offered for your account and region. PayPal determines whether account-balance, card, or guest-checkout options are available.

Credit and debit cards

Card availability is displayed at checkout. Card details are handled by Shopify and the relevant payment provider; Neatoa does not store full card numbers or security codes on its own servers.

Currency conversion

If your payment method uses a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Payment verification

Orders may be held or declined when payment cannot be authorized or when security checks indicate unusual activity. Make sure billing and contact information is accurate. For a declined payment, contact your bank or payment provider for more information.
